When Joe Phillips decided to start up his own real estate company, his focus would be in a specific geographic area, so that’s what he aptly named his new venture. His approach with his customers is friendly, warm and inviting, so it was only fitting that his new company’s brand conveyed these traits.

Results

We took the word “Focus” and ran with it. Warm, inviting colors and a contemporary look set the new company’s brand apart in an extremely competitive market. Next, we designed supporting collateral for each of Joe’s vertical markets and developed an extremely user-friendly website with custom IDX integration to provide Focus’ clients with the most up-to-date housing market information.
